What is "Software as a Service" (SaaS)?
A SaaS Provider is a third-party entity that manages and distributes software-based services and solutions to customers across the Internet from a central data center.

Why is TRACKpoint better than a standard construction software package?
You can pay thousands of dollars for standard construction software, try to make it work for your company, and hope it doesn’t become obsolete within a year. Or you can subscribe to eSUB, tailor your Project Management System to fit your company’s needs and manage all your projects using a dynamic application that grows with your business.

Do I have to buy separate licenses for every computer that accesses TRACKpoint?
The eSUBCONTRACTOR can access TRACKpoint from any computer without paying extra for separate license fees. This means unlimited access from any location to all project information, company-wide for one flat monthly fee.

Can I access my TRACKpoint projects from any computer?
Since TRACKpoint is Internet based, eSUBCONTRACTORS can access any TRACKpoint project from any personal computer with Internet access. Review all project information company-wide from the jobsite, the office, even your home.

How many projects can I manage with TRACKpoint?
With eSUB you can create as many TRACKpoint projects as you like. This allows the eSUBCONTRACTOR to track all projects and have instant access to real-time information at any time from any location.

Does TRACKpoint require a specific computer configuration and browser?
Anyone with Microsoft® Windows 98® or newer can access TRACKpoint using a standard personal computer via Microsoft® Internet Explorer® 6.0 or newer.

What kind of Internet connection should I use with TRACKpoint?
eSUB realizes many jobsites have dial-up Internet connections. As a result, TRACKpoint was designed with minimal graphics for fast page loading. Although TRACKpoint was designed to be used with a direct dial-up connection, a broadband Internet connection such as DSL or cable increases page loading capabilities significantly.

What happens to my project data when my project is complete?
Even when your project is complete it is fully accessible via TRACKpoint; further eSUB automatically archives all project information and for a small service fee makes it available via CD to our eSUBCONTRACTORS.

Where is my TRACKpoint data stored?
All TRACKpoint data is stored on one of several large-scale database servers fully maintained by eSUB.

How secure is my data?
The security of your project data is crucial. That’s why we maintain daily and weekly data back-ups. We also record and catalog all data every week on CDs. In the event of an emergency eSUB has created redundancy plans so if one Network Operations Center (NOC) were to go offline for any reason another location would be instantly available for you to access.

What do I do if I have a problem or question regarding TRACKpoint?
TRACKpoint technical support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Every month we spend about 3 hours at night or on the weekend upgrading your system with our most recent enhancements. That works out to be about 0.004% of the time. The other 99.996% of the time TRACKpoint will be available for your use. If you have any questions regarding TRACKpoint support, please call us at (800)493-3782 or email your questions to us.
