RFIs - Two way communication with receiving party for fast turnaround of RFIs and flags for late responses. Templates are customizable to comply with GC standards. Report problems impacting field progress, activities affected, drawings, details, clarification requested; upload multiple attachments to RFIs.
Change Orders - Change Order Requests can be quoted as lump sum, by categories or granularly up to individual line items. Input descriptions of change and track status with automatic updates of contract amounts. Upload attachments to COs.
Submittals/Transmittals/Release Transmittals - Generate submittals, transmittals and release transmittals and update current status, return dates and revisions. Attach any items to create complete package.
Purchase Orders - Create POs and track material costs by labor activity and even detailed progress on different phases of the project. Compare estimated costs to actuals produced in POs for material cost and productivity tracking. Update dates of entry and delivery, shipping information and line items including cost codes, part numbers, list amounts, discount amts and quantities.
Pay Applications - Generate pay applications on GC approved forms. Create and update Schedule of Values including total application amounts, and retention percentages for automatic budget updates.
Project Summary - Detailed snapshot of your project in real time with automatic updates of contract amounts, as well as budgetary and response status of all documents.
Meeting Minutes/Punch Lists - Clone from previous meetings or punch lists or create from scratch. Track punch list items by responsible party with open and close dates and multiple line items. Also detail site meetings,internal meetings,safety meetings and more.
Correspondence - Choose from dozens of industry-approved pre-formatted letter templates, any of which can be instantly customized to tailor each piece of correspondence for each situation. All correspondence is archived and automatically logged in a searchable database. Once a document is created in eSUB, it's also automatically logged. No more manual updates in Excel. eSUB's logs pull information directly from the database and allow all team players to view or update status, notes or critical information with a few clicks. Daily Reports - View and edit previously input daily reports by date or daily report number. Print with or without crew mix.

RFIs - View and edit previously input RFIs by RFI number with flexible sort function. Sort by pending, late, approved, voided; view all RFIs. Export RFI log to Microsoft Excel.

Change Orders - View and edit previously input Change Orders by number. Sort by pending, late, approved, voided; view all CORs and/or internal comments. Export CO log to Microsoft Excel.

Submittals/Transmittals/Release Transmittals - View and edit all previously input submittals, transmittals and release transmittals. Sort by status, key word or other criteria.
